life today consists of daydreaming and planning in the park, the smell of spring blooms getting caught in the breeze, and mornings beginning with dessert tea with words from capote and kerouac. it’s ingredients such as these that make up the recipe for a happy and very much appreciated life.
.1 i can just see myself in this rose bubbly dress from modcloth at summer soirees with a glass of champagne in my hand .2 books about adventure, love, and diamonds fill my thoughts with silly daydreams that i can’t help but smile and become giddy whilst reading, such as truman capote’s breakfast at tiffany’s or jack kerouac’s on the road .3 teas in the morning, noon, and evening… it fills my soul with warmth. may i suggest a green tea jasmine or chocolate mint truffle tea 4. spring blooms of hydrangeas and peonies paint the canvas of spring and fragrant the air with loveliness .5 1960′s french film legend jean-luc godard sends my thoughts soaring with poetic dialogue and witty characters. pierrot le fou and une femme est une femme are amongst favourites .6 somewhat obsessed with coming home and filling the chateau’s aroma with scents of black plums, persimmons, and oakmoss. paddywax’s library collection is a recent favourite as i highly suggest the leo tolstoy and edgar allen poe scents .7 rose glass dining ware has me prepping a guest list for future tea and garden parties filled with scrumptious sweets and the most lovely of company.
