perhaps this post (or the next several posts) will be a bit random with the way the blog has been going. before paris i pretty much just blogged about fashion and films, and after the jump across the pond it’s pretty much just been paris-life. well, i’ve bottled up my excitement for several fashion collections that i just feel selfish not sharing the goodness with you. so you might see a few fashion-related posts this week.
i’ve somehow stumbled across ulyana sergeenko, the previous russian-vogue editor turned fashion designer and now parisianne resident. the woman herself is insanely inspiring and lovely to look at (i predict a post filled with street-style photos of miss sergeenko within a day or two.)
well here is her fall 2012 collection which i am completely floored by. 1940′s floral prints, tulle, velvet, and perfect silhouettes.

more pieces and photos can be seen here.

i do have to adore emma stone. i haven’t fully jumped on the “obsessed” bandwagon, but i’ve certainly thought about it several times. i love how she doesn’t really try to put herself in the media, yet when she is, she is always reserved, classy, and lovely. love love love these new photos from uk vogue.

this is stunning, is it not? the big hair, the pink lips, the sparkled cardi and peak of the pale pastel-y undergarment. the cover and shoot is for german vogue with model lais ribeiro. i adore the 50′s/60′s throwback with the lens flares and resort wear-esque attire. it almost looks as if she were vacationing and decided to have a photoshoot in the rentals living room. much to love here.

isn’t that last shot lolita-esque? love it!
these are photos from lauren bush’s wedding in vogue. what i adore about this is that the style and photographs have an essence of timelessness to them. doesn’t that top photograph look like something that could have been taken 100 years ago? so lovely…
